RFid Lynk installs smart transponders in the road to make your autonomous driving experience more safe and secure.
Driving a motor vehicle is one of the most high-risk activities in which Americans partake on a daily basis. With nearly 19,000 Americans killed as a result of motor vehicle accidents between January and June, 2015 was the deadliest traffic year since 2007. In fact, motor vehicle accidents alongside cancer and heart disease are the top three killers in the United States.
With autonomous vehicles on the horizon, data bandwidth resources depleting, and the inherent risk of relying solely on GPS technology or satellite communication, RFid Lynk was created to provide an added level of security to both the roadways of today and the future innovation within the automotive industry. The implementation of intelligent speed adaptation with a secure communication system, such as RFid Lynk, will significantly reduce the risk of operating motor vehicles and the cost of implementing such technology is minimal in comparison to the profound effects it will have on driver safety.
RFid Lynk technology is a patented (US Patent No. 9,070,064 and 9,563,797) orientation system that allows RFID components to communicate when passing at high rates of speed. Battery-less RF transponders are embedded in the road and programmed with static transportation information. These transponders are cued by passing motor vehicles to provide the vehicles with the information they need to respond and react to road conditions and the environment around them.
RFid Lynk will maximize our ability to provide and grow public equities through the development of private infrastructure, public infrastructure, and future innovation. While proving our concept through speed control in private communities, airports, military bases, operation facilities, and racetracks we will grow our infrastructure to provide the general population public access. With private investment fueling our infrastructure development, the market will drive what type of information RFid Lynk communicates to drivers. Autonomous vehicles will challenge driver safety and RFid Lynk is the solution through investment opportunities in secure transportation and communication technology.
